O lucrare foarte dragă mie pentru că atunci când am făcut-o mi-am reprezentat pe pânză exact starea mea sufletească, adică eram fericită şi liniștită. Se cunoaşte din precizia culorii şi hotărârea pensulaţiei. Când fac aceste afirmaţii mă refer la faptul că pânza îţi fură starea de spirit pe care o ai atunci când pictezi. Nu poţi s-o ascunzi, n-ai cum s-o maschezi, constaţi doar că pânza te-a deconspirat. Pur şi simplu.

A very dear work to me, because when I created it I represented on canvas exactly my state of mind, that I was happy and peaceful. You can tell from the precision of color and determination of the brushwork. When I do these allegations I’m referring to the fact that the canvas steals your state of mind that you have when you paint. You cannot hide it, you cannot disguise it, you can only see that the canvas has deconspired you. Just like that.
